Each order implies explicit acceptance of these terms and conditions. Products will be delivered throughout Europe via express couriers.
Customer data provided at the time of order will be included in the invoice. The invoice is issued at the time of shipment and sent to the email address provided during registration. No changes can be made after the invoice has been issued.
Technical details and product images may not be fully complete or entirely accurate. The term “available” indicates the possibility of multiple purchases by different customers or a temporary exceedance of stock availability. JLID S.r.l. reserves the right to verify product availability upon receiving an order and, if a product is unavailable, to promptly notify the customer that the order cannot be accepted.
JLID S.r.l. cannot be held responsible for errors regarding product availability. Order confirmation will be sent via email to the address provided by the customer and will include all necessary information to identify the seller and the customer. The customer is required to verify the accuracy of the information in the confirmation and notify us of any corrections.

Payment Methods
Credit Card
Payments by credit card are processed through a secure platform, one of the most reliable for online transactions. This method ensures safety and ease of use. A 2% surcharge will be applied to the total order for credit card payments.
Bank Transfer
Payments can also be made via bank transfer. The customer must select “Bank Transfer” as the payment method during checkout and use the following details:

Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.)
Cash or check payments on delivery are accepted. For cash payments, the courier cannot provide change, so please have the exact amount ready at delivery. This method carries an additional 1.5% fee on the total order amount.

Free returns
