Service & Warranty provided directly by JLID S.r.l.

The guarantee of 24 months in accordance with Decree 24/02 is applied to products that present a lack of conformity, and only if the product has been used properly, in accordance with its intended use and as provided in the technical documentation.
This guarantee is for private consumption (a person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or making a purchase without indicating in the order form a reference to VAT).

In case of purchase with reference to VAT (purposes related to professional activities) the warranty is 12 months, and applies to products that present a lack of conformity, provided that the product has been used properly, in accordance with its intended 'use and as provided in the technical documentation.

In case of lack of conformity JLID S.r.l. provides the restoration of conformity by repair / replacement.

What is the lack of conformity?
There is a lack of conformity when the item purchased, always within 24 months from the date of delivery, is not or is no longer:
- Suitable for use for which goods of the same type are normally used
- Of equal quality compared to a similar sample or model
- Of equal quality compared to performance which are normal in goods of the same type also taking into account the nature of the goods and / or its advertising
- Suitable for the particular use intended by the Consumer and declared by the seller

The Customer must send the goods at the headquarters: JLID S.r.l in Via Mondolfi, 148/6, 57100 Livorno - Italy.
In the event that, for any reason, is unable to make its customers a product warranty (repaired or replaced), JLID S.r.l. will proceed at its own discretion to refund the entire amount paid or to replace it with a product with equal or higher.

It's responsibility of the customer consultation assistance procedures in force at the time of the appeal in Care Warranty.

The warranty covers factory defects and non-compliance of the product.
Except for the replacement of defective products which do not comply, the supplier company assumes no liability for direct or indirect damages that may derive from improper use of the product even by the recipient.
JLID S.r.l. guarantees the integrity and validity of the products available on the catalog on the basis of quality controls carried out.
The main rules of the warranty are provided for in art. 128 and 135 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. N. 206/2005).

The Customer Care service always will provide via email the RMA number made with all the necessary information about the packaging and sending.

The product will be repaired, but if repair is not possible, it could be replaced with an equal, equivalent or higher according to the judgment of JLID S.r.l.
In case of difficulty to obtaining the product, JLID S.r.l. has the right to fulfill the Terms of Guarantee by Credit Note and refund the current market price of the product to the buyer.
Read carefully!  The shipping costs to and from JLID S.r.l. are charged to the Customer.

Will be rejected at the sender, with costs against him, these kind of product shipments:
- Not including packaging, accessories and manuals.
- Received with outer package unsuitable or inadequate and therefore damaged during shipping.
- Warranty does not cover damage due to not use the original packaging and protective outer packaging of adequate security previously authorized by the Help Center.
Read carefully!  The product warranty remains completely unchanged from the date of purchase.

Repairs or replacements will be made with or without parts or refurbished products which, although not necessarily equal to the defective products contained in the original provision, however, are equivalent or slightly superior to new parts and products in terms of functionality, performance and aesthetics.
If the product has been tampered with or labels (that identify the Serial or Part Number prove) removed, or altered, JLID S.r.l. reserves all the rights to judge the validity of the warranty.
Conventionally, the customer is not entitled to damages or compensation as well as any contractual or tort liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and / or property.
In the case of changes about the Terms of Guarantee, JLID S.r.l. will apply conditions present on the Product Warranty in effect at the time of purchase by the customer.
Jurisdiction: All disputes the competent court in accordance with law.
